read excellent reviews and went to try for ourselves today. staff are all very well trained and attentive - prawn peeling service is superb the ingredients are really well kept. all the seafood is kept in separate ice containers, ensuring their freshness. there's also a huge selection of the usual hotpot ingredients, along with veggies and noodles. sauce selection was also wide prawns are definitely the winner - along with the prawn sliders. it's the first time I went to a hotpot place but ate so little meat as I couldn't stop eating the prawns there's also bubble tea but it's too sweet for me - I always drink 0 zero - so not for me. there's a lot of other desserts like ice jelly with taro balls etc and also ice cream I would like to suggest including a fruits corner and sukiyaki as an additional soup base overall we're very impressed that we can get this quality of food at such a price. would definitely recommend to friends and return again

Great buffet steamboat place! The free food buffet items are fresh and yummy, with lots of choices to pick from. Love that they also give free bingsu super refreshing after hotpot. Ingredients are clean and well stocked, everything tastes really good. Worth the price and definitely coming back again!

Lovely experience during a visit on a Sat afternoon. Friendly staff were prompt to clear plates and supervisor helped to peel the big prawns. Good meat, seafood, cooked food and dessert selection.

Got to try the pig stomach soup! And they even peel the prawns for me right at the table. Very impressed with the staffs service esp the very cheerful Mei! Food very fresh. The beef tripe is so crispy! Will come back again for the pig stomach soup!

Super good restaurant, i hope boss don’t ever close down he has done a good job with this store. Been here by chance since last year and has been coming here ever since for hotpot. really considerate staff i love coming here and seeing them! So happy everytime i come here good money spent here, value for money absolutely!!

Came for lunch on a weekday, not crowded. Free flow certain food and can customise your own bubble tea. The service was good, the staff even helped me to peel the prawn without me asking. It was a good experience, but I prefer the Taman Sutera outlet as it’s more introvert-friendly for me. Just my preference though.

range of buffet is one of the best. theres your regular hotpot ingredients(incl. seafood), xiangguomala, fried snacks like mantou and curly fries, fried egg upon request, bubble tea, and desserts like ice cream, shaved ice, 豆花. I love the prawn peeling service and the attentiveness of the boss. I briefly mentioned how I cold I was to my friends and it got caught wind of by the boss, making him adjust the aircon without request. 10 Stars to customer service and plenty more to great food.

I had a very enjoyable dining experience at Tian Tian Steamboat Austin. What I love the most is that it is a buffet-style hotpot — you just pay one fixed price and get to eat as much as you want. The selection is really wide, including fresh pork belly, beef, lamb, seafood, vegetables, as well as many fried snacks, desserts, and drinks. The soup bases are tasty, and it is fun to mix and match different ingredients. The staff are very friendly and attentive, always making us feel welcome. The environment is also clean, comfortable, and suitable for both family and friends. For the price, the quality and quantity of food you get is really worth it, especially with their membership promotions. Overall, this is a great spot in Johor Bahru for anyone who loves hotpot. If you are looking for a place to enjoy unlimited buffet steamboat at a reasonable price, I highly recommend coming here!
